Andrew Hollander is an acclaimed composer, songwriter, and producer. He scored Fox Searchlight’s Waitress and co-wrote “Baby Don’t You Cry (The Pie Song)” with writer/director Adrienne Shelly; both shortlisted for the Academy Award. His other scoring credits include My Friend Dahmer (praised by Variety for its “disturbingly compelling and original" score) Words on Bathroom Walls, directed by Thor Freudenthal (co-composed with The Chainsmokers, named one of the best scores of 2020 by Film Score Magazine), and Sleepwalk with Me, directed by Mike Birbiglia (Sundance Audience Award).

Hollander has collaborated extensively with HBO, including Adrienne (NY Times Best of 2021), It’s a Hard Truth, Ain’t It (Emmy-nominated), and A Child’s Garden of Poetry (Emmy winner). As a songwriter and producer, he has worked with Carly Rae Jepsen, New Politics, Brian Elmquist (The Lone Bellow), and Celine Dion (#1 album in 31 countries). He's recorded and performed with legendary jazz and blues musicians including Yusef Lateef, Hubert Sumlin, and Pinetop Perkins.
